IMPORT
  • Creation of a part list
    • importing 2d files with different extensions: DWG (from AutoCAD), DXF (from all CAD), WKF (from Metal Designer), GEO (from Tops), PAR (from PUNCH5);
    • importing a code list from an EXCEL file;
    • importing a list of codes inserted in the ORDER MANAGEMENT;
    • importing a list of codes from an ERP management system;
  • Importing multiple profiles from the same design;
  • Importing sheet metal
    • selecting the sheets metal and scrap in the database;
    • importing a list of sheets from an EXCEL file;
    • importing a sheet metal list transmitted by the ERP management system;
    • drawing the shape of the sheet metal to be used.
  • Automatic correction of errors in 2D geometries (closing of open profiles, deletion of overlapping entities, optimization of polylines in arcs, etc.).

  • Inserting the list of work sheets to be used– possibility to use single or multi nesting
  • Definition, for each piece, the quantity and rotations;
  • Settings that can be set for each part
  • Definition of the minimum distance on the sheet metal between the pieces;
  • Possibility to nest non-rectangular scraps.
DEFINE THE CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
  • Entry of parameters in the laser database for each pair of material and thickness and the relative values associated with the CNC for the automatic application of the technology;
  • Definition of parameters to apply the scrap destroying of the hole;
  • Definition of the parameters for inserting the micro joints, determined by the size of the hole and the piece;
  • Possible automatic marking of the code on the piece.

  • Customizable printouts and PDF creation with details of the workplan (list of parts produced, list of used sheets, times and costs)

  • Scrap destroying of internal holes to avoid collisions with the laser head (single zigzag cutting, vertical/horizontal cuts),
  • Skeleton cutting to make it easier to remove the worked sheet metal;
