In COMPUTES/BEND you can work with both the developed model and the 3D folded model.

The 3D model can be exported to other CAD systems as STEP or SAT files, and the 2D flat model can be exported in DXF or DWG format.

Bend shrinkage is applied automatically to ensure a precise size of the developed model. Line types and colors can be modified to best represent the exported geometry; information about the bend angle wings can be included in the dxf.

3D model views can be generated in ISO or ANSI style and exported as DXF files.

The associativity between the 3D model and the 2D model developed allows you to work simultaneously in both modes.

The selection of tools according to the radii of curvature results in correct dimensions during modelling.

Flanges can be created using different options of positioning. Different methods of aligning the folds can be selected.

You can work with construction lines to create relationships between these lines, holes and edges.

You can change the dimensions via dialog boxes or by dragging and dropping the lines with “click and drag”.


Transforms the dxf into a solid, allows you to correctly manage its withdrawals and add drains near the edges and at the sides of the folds.

It is an application that allows to obtain a three-dimensional solid from the 2D drawing of the developed view.

Through this module you can select the 2D development view, identify the bending lines and apply the appropriate angles to recreate the corresponding 3D solid.
