Complete and simple programming

The programming is really simple, it is possible to manage in the best way any of the cutting phases:

A work plan is created and the geometries to be produced are imported;
The autowork is applied to any geometries with one click and then user can manually modifie the technology;
Sheet dimensions are chosen and auto or manual nesting is performed;
Automatic or manual sorting is performed on the nesting and the NC is generated;
A custom report which contains information about the workplan is printed.

One license but more client

It is possible to install the CAM application on more workstations and with the dongle key you will be able to use the software anywhere.

Integration

It’s possible to create a direct link between COMPUTES CUT SPHERA LITE and your CAD. One click will be enough to edit wrong geometries, check for overlapping entities and set import tollerance of the geometries (minimum length of the entities to import, curve into arcs and arcs conversion...).

Sorting or NC simulation

No surprises on the CNC, you know exactly what’s going to happen: thanks to the simulation you will see the preview of the program execution.

With LITE++ Version, it will be possible to bring the non nested parts back into a new workplan... which will create a new nesting!
It is also possible to speed up the creation procedure of the parts to be nested by choosing them from the parts library.
